Wholesale Account Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage wholesale accounts from purchase order intake through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong service levels.
- Act as the primary operations contact for account updates, delivery timelines, product launches, and issue resolution.
- Maintain demand plans and short-term sales forecasts, using ERP data to support business visibility and planning.
- Partner with sales, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to align inventory availability with customer needs and upcoming demand.
- Monitor open orders, sales trends, and potential fulfillment risks, escalating concerns and recommending solutions when needed.
- Coordinate product samples and support requests tied to new business opportunities and account requirements.
- Process returns and related account activity while helping preserve strong customer relationships.
- Use ERP systems and large data sets to analyze account performance, improve execution, and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years wholesale account experience
- Experience working within a corporate CPG company or consumables
- Strong proficiency within Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
