About the role
You’ll lead PR, earned media, influencer, and social communications for a high-visibility, mass beauty brand sold across major retailers and online. Reporting into Brand Marketing leadership, you’ll drive integrated communication strategies that connect PR, social, creators, paid media, and experiential into cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
What you’ll do
Own the brand communications strategy across PR, earned media, influencer, and social – from planning through execution and optimization.
Develop 360° launch and always-on campaigns that tie together earned, owned, and paid channels to drive awareness, engagement, and brand love.
Create compelling stories, messaging, and press / social materials that keep the brand culturally relevant and newsworthy.
Lead influencer and creator strategy – from seeding and relationship building to paid programs that unlock scalable earned support.
Manage external PR and influencer agencies, including scopes, performance, and best practices.
Partner closely with brand marketing, eCommerce, creative, and sales to ensure integrated, consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Oversee communications calendars, budgets, and KPIs; ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on target.

What you bring
3–5 years of experience in PR, brand communications, or integrated marketing, ideally with consumer brands.
Hands-on experience with influencer programs and social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including outreach and campaign execution.
A track record of developing and executing successful PR or brand campaigns at the local and/or national level.
Strong storytelling skills – you know how to turn product and brand benefits into clear, compelling narratives.
Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and collaborating across marketing, creative, digital, and sales teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs, reading performance dashboards, and recommending optimizations.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and partners with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Attention to detail, strong writing skills, and a passion for staying on top of beauty, social, and cultural trends.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Overview
This person well be expanding our retail footprint and accelerating brand discovery—while building strong, strategic partnerships with leading retailers such as ULTA Beauty, Target, Walmart etc. Our goal is simple: make cutting-edge K-beauty more accessible, faster.
You’ll play a key role in driving our U.S. retail growth—owning and scaling major accounts
end-to-end. From building strong buyer relationships and leading day-to-day communications to
shaping promotion strategies and keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll be at the center of
how we grow.
This role is for someone who takes ownership end-to-end: identifying opportunities, opening doors,
and driving revenue. The ideal candidate brings strong existing relationships within
U.S. retail—or has the sales instinct and hustle to quickly convert new accounts. You should be
comfortable rolling up your sleeves, moving fast, and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
-Define, execute, and optimize sales and operational strategies to drive team performance and
achieve targets
-Own key US retail accounts (Pitch brands , Communicate& Negotiate terms with retail partners)
– Drive revenue growth through sell-in, sell-through, and promotions- by working closely with CEO
and CGO
– Build and manage demand forecasts and inventory planning
– Issue and manage purchase orders with brand partners ( brand partners are mostly based In Korea )
– Draft purchase contract with brand partners in Korea
– Identify and open new retail channels
– Make decisions on pricing, assortment, and strategy
– Lead and scale a small but growing US team- hiring and managing teams
Requirements
– A leader of 8~10+ years in retail sales in beauty
-Proven track record of driving revenue and growing retail accounts
– Great communication skills, managing relationships with senior merchandisers of major retailers
-Strong existing relationships with US retail buyers or ability to quickly open doors
-Experience managing multiple brands or channels
-Highly hands-on execution focused, Data and commercial driven
