We’re looking for a highly executional, detail-oriented Creative Performance Strategist to support paid media and creative testing across growth channels. This is a junior-to-mid level role ideal for someone who understands what makes ads perform and is eager to learn, iterate, and scale winning creative.

This role sits at the intersection of paid media (primarily Meta), creative strategy, and content production, helping turn performance data into high-performing ad creative. You’ll work closely with paid media buyers and creative teams to develop, test, and optimize assets that drive measurable results.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative, well-rounded Video Editor to craft compelling, story-driven content across multiple formats, from short-form social (30 seconds to 3 minutes) to longer-form pieces for presentations and events.

This role is ideal for an editor with strong documentary instincts who can shape narrative from raw footage, building emotional, engaging stories using interviews, talking heads, scripted content, and b-roll. You won’t just cut footage, you’ll help define the story.

We are looking for a hands-on Producer to lead photo and video production at studios in Miami. This person will serve as the on-the-ground execution lead, driving projects from initial brief through final asset delivery, managing teams and logistics on shoot days, and ensuring every piece of content is on brand, on budget, and on time. You will work closely with creative and marketing teams to bring the brand’s visual identity to life across social, digital, and in-app channels. This is a field-forward role that requires regular, in-person presence on set in Miami.

Our client, a growing name in the CPG space is seeking a UGC Video Editor to support our Growth Creative Team on a 2-month contract (40 hours a week). This is a remote opportunity; CA based candidates preferred.

In this role, you’ll focus on crafting high-performing digital ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, using motion graphics and video editing to bring direct response concepts to life at scale. The ideal candidate has experience producing a high volume of performance-driven ads, strong motion design instincts, and a sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy. After Effects expertise is essential for this role.

Problems You’ll Solve: ? Create and edit short-form, direct response video ads for Meta and TikTok using motion graphics (UGC overlays, listicles, hooks, offers, etc.) ? We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator (Videographer / Photographer) to produce engaging visual content that strengthens the brands and supports marketing, sales, and digital initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, capturing, and editing high-quality video and photo assets for use across social media, websites, email campaigns, advertising, product launches, and other brand channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling skills with technical production knowledge and a deep understanding of content strategy, editing workflows, and platform-specific creative.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, events, social media, and internal communications

· Capture professional photography for products, lifestyle, events, team members, and branded content

· Edit and retouch photos for web, print, and social media use

· Manage video post-production, including color correction, sound editing, motion graphics, and formatting for multiple platforms

· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts that align with brand standards and campaign goals

· Assist in storyboarding, scripting, shot planning, and creative direction for campaigns and projects

· Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment for studio and on-location shoots

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

· 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or content production

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects

· Strong portfolio demonstrating video production and photography work

· Experience with camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and editing workflows

· Strong understanding of composition, framing, pacing, lighting, and visual storytelling

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
