This is a fulltime position that is onsite 5 days a week.

Position Overview

The Packaging Graphic Design Manager will lead and mentor a team of junior designers while remaining hands-on in the development of retail packaging. This role requires strong expertise in packaging design for physical consumer products, particularly hard goods, and an understanding of the technical aspects of packaging production.

The ideal candidate is both a creative problem-solver and an experienced people manager who can balance strategic direction with executional design work.

We are looking for a hands-on Producer to lead photo and video production at studios in Miami. This person will serve as the on-the-ground execution lead, driving projects from initial brief through final asset delivery, managing teams and logistics on shoot days, and ensuring every piece of content is on brand, on budget, and on time.
