Graphic Designer – Apparel (Men’s, Women’s, or Kids’)
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Apparel Graphic Designer for Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ separate apparel roles to join our design team, creating graphics/prints/patterns/original artwork.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the apparel industry, excellent graphic design skills, and the ability to create commercially relevant artwork from concept through production.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days On-Site – some roles hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Create original graphics, prints, patterns, embroidery, illustrations, and artwork for apparel for either Men’s, Women’s, or Kids’.
- Develop seasonal graphic concepts based on trend research, brand direction, and merchandising needs.
- Create placement graphics, all-over prints, repeats, and artwork for various apparel categories.
- Develop colorways and prepare production-ready artwork for screen printing, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, and other embellishment techniques.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams.
- Adapt graphics across different products, categories, and age groups while maintaining brand consistency.
- Present graphic concepts and artwork for review and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Ensure artwork meets technical specifications, production requirements, and deadlines.
- Research fashion, streetwear, pop culture, social media, and consumer trends to inform graphic direction.
- Maintain organized artwork files and communicate clearly with internal teams and overseas vendors/factories as needed.
- Manage multiple projects and seasonal deadlines in a fast-paced apparel environment.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of graphic design experience within the apparel/fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating apparel graphics, prints, illustration, and embellishment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign a plus.
- Strong understanding of apparel graphic placement, scale, color, and production techniques.
- Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, heat transfer, and other apparel decoration methods.
- Strong fashion and trend awareness with the ability to translate trends into commercially viable graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

To ensure the continual development of new graphic design and direction for our apparel and businesses. To provide constant design and trend right graphics for our business and to be in line with all our competitors in the market. Work with buying, product development and Design Teams. Works with in house legal department to insure graphics meet Corporate legal trademark and marketing guidelines. Manage, direct and coordinate assistant designers work flow and daily duties. Work with vendors and resources to ensure quality and consistency of product.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Creates graphic designs, prints and logos for respective collections for women’s branded graphics as well as licensed brand partnerships.
- Produce recolor or corrections as needed.
- Presents graphic concepts each season with recommendations regarding the graphic looks for monthly deliveries.
- Assists and organizes any outside freelance graphic help when needed.
- In conjunction with the team of designers, sets the design tone for the line.
- Responsible for all research into current graphic trends and communicating these trends to the design and buying teams.
- Works with design team to come up with new design images for graphics to help move the business forward on a continual basis.
- Work along with product development on achieving goals for design.
- Set high creative standards for our merchandise with constant graphic direction.

What it takes to Join:

Associate Product Developer
We are seeking an Associate Product Developer to support the development of apparel products from concept through production. This role will help manage a broad seasonal assortment and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product to market on time, within cost targets, and in line with quality standards.
The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and categories. This person will partner with teams across design, merchandising, sourcing, technical design, sales, and production to support smooth development and execution from initial concept to final handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product development process across multiple apparel categories
- Manage development details from concept through production readiness
- Create and maintain product specs, costing information, and development documentation in PLM
- Track calendars, approvals, and milestones to help keep projects on schedule
- Review fabrics, trims, wash treatments, prints, and construction details
- Evaluate prototypes and samples and communicate clear feedback to vendors and internal teams
- Monitor sample progress and maintain organization across a high volume of styles
- Partner with internal teams to support margin goals and product quality

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the design process, including market research, design, and guidance through fabric execution processes for Little Girl, Tween, and Baby collections across all categories including wovens, sweaters, and C&S
· Research seasonal trends, silhouettes, materials, and novelty techniques; bring new ideas through competitive shopping, research, and attending local vintage shows
· Develop seasonal collections in partnership with Merchandising, the Senior Design Director, and VP of Design from concept through completion
· Design into groups/styles that leverage qualities and concepts from womenswear and adapt them for Little Girl and Tween categories; additionally supplement with new standalone concepts specific to these categories
· Versatile in designing across all categories including dresses, tops, jackets, outerwear, bottoms, occasion dressing, sweaters, fleece, active, swim, and C&S
· Communicate comments for fabrics, combos, linings, mockups, embellishments, and other developments to overseas factories; troubleshoot and work with the team to ensure developments meet design standards
· Work on visual presentations for key meetings, ensuring boards and decks effectively communicate and align with the brand language; maintain updated flat sketches, CADs, layouts, and fabric development information
· Track the status of developments, ensure outstanding questions are resolved, and strategically plan workload to meet calendar goals
· Manage tech pack passing and adoption schedules; coordinate meeting scheduling and preparation
· Problem-solve calendar, deadline, and other issues with cross-department partners including Product Development, Production, and the Senior Design Director

- Lead the technical design process in bringing women’s products from initial sample stage through production readiness.
- Lead fit sessions, evaluate garment performance on body, and recommend adjustments to achieve consistency in silhouette, comfort, and sizing.
- Create and update detailed tech packs, measurement charts, construction notes, and fit comments for each style.
