Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate partnership campaigns, brand activations, and event logistics from concept through execution.
- Support the planning and delivery of experiential events, sponsorship activations, and promotional programs.
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for brand partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of partnership materials, presentations, recaps, and campaign summaries.
- Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, budgets, invoices, and post-event follow-up.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, PR, digital, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Help coordinate signage, promotional assets, content capture, and supporting collateral for events and activations.
- Monitor campaign and event performance, gather data, and provide actionable insights for future programming.

Schedule & Work Style
