Job description

Seeking an Account Coordinator for our client who specializes in Event Services including exhibition design, production, event management and marketing. Their team of industry professionals support and manage all aspects of an event from conception to delivery, project management, creative planning, marketing services and technology. In this role, you will be directly supporting an Account Executive with day-to-day operations.

Schedule: Mon-Fri onsite

Hours: 8AM-5PM PST

Location: Tustin, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and organizing all pre-show paperwork.
  • Ordering show services.
  • Partnering with various internal departments including graphics, engineering, design, warehouse, shipping and shop.
  • Compile all show information for the clients and project managers.
  • Coordinating and overseeing all travel logistics for clients, traveling leads and account team.
  • Booking transportation and show labor.
  • Creating estimates for clients.
  • Reconciling AMEX statement including coding to the proper job # and turn receipts to accounting.
  • Organizing final invoicing of projects.
  • Maintain inventory of client properties and giveaways
  • Update inventories for all shipments coming in and out.
  • Order and source for supplies as needed for shows.
  • Handling email correspondence including sorting, responding emails in a timely manner.
