Account Manager

Location: Must be local to the Bay Area- remote schedule
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to convert to fulltime

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our client, building strong, trusted relationships

• Partner with internal creative and production teams to align scope, timelines, and expectations

• Manage client workflows, deliverables, and timelines from start to finish

• Ensure clients understand processes and identify training or improvement opportunities

• Prepare and deliver clear briefs, presentations, reports, and status updates tailored to each client

• Lead regular client check-ins, including weekly status updates and monthly operational reviews

• Identify risks, escalate issues as needed, and recommend solutions

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows

New Business Support

• Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and new business opportunities

• Support pitch development, including case studies, credentials, research, and workshops

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role

• Experience working with global technology clients

• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
