We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML professional to support our Enterprise Data Team with a focus on personalization across CRM and Retail Media products. This role plays a critical part in enhancing our MarTech stack by developing, testing, and optimizing machine learning solutions that drive engagement and performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to support CRM products and retail media initiatives.
Drive personalization strategies across the marketing and communications technology stack.
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to measure performance, validate hypotheses, and identify winning strategies.
Monitor campaign and model performance, analyze results, and adjust models or tactics to improve accuracy and outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and data to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise platforms.
Manage scheduling, deployment, and iteration of experiments and personalization initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in AI and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience supporting CRM and/or retail media products.
Deep understanding of personalization strategies within a marketing tech environment.
Proven experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
Ability to interpret performance data and make informed optimizations quickly.
Familiarity with scheduling, automation, and performance tracking tools.
Experience working within large enterprise data environments.
