Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML professional to support our Enterprise Data Team with a focus on personalization across CRM and Retail Media products. This role plays a critical part in enhancing our MarTech stack by developing, testing, and optimizing machine learning solutions that drive engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to support CRM products and retail media initiatives.

  • Drive personalization strategies across the marketing and communications technology stack.

  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to measure performance, validate hypotheses, and identify winning strategies.

  • Monitor campaign and model performance, analyze results, and adjust models or tactics to improve accuracy and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and data to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise platforms.

  • Manage scheduling, deployment, and iteration of experiments and personalization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in AI and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience supporting CRM and/or retail media products.

  • Deep understanding of personalization strategies within a marketing tech environment.

  • Proven experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.

  • Ability to interpret performance data and make informed optimizations quickly.

  • Familiarity with scheduling, automation, and performance tracking tools.

  • Experience working within large enterprise data environments.
