We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Junior Product Designer to support the design and development of fashion-forward active and lifestyle apparel across multiple categories. This role is ideal for someone with early-career experience in apparel design who has strong technical drawing skills, a sharp eye for trend-right product, and a passion for creating elevated, commercially successful styles.

What You’ll Do

  • Create technical sketches, CADs, and design concepts that reflect seasonal direction and overall assortment needs
  • Assist in developing apparel styles across silhouettes, color stories, fabrications, and construction details
  • Contribute to the buildout and refinement of seasonal product assortments
  • Help develop design elements such as prints, graphics, trims, and palette direction
  • Research fashion, active, and lifestyle trends to identify new ideas and relevant market opportunities
  • Analyze competitor product and consumer preferences to support the design process
  • Work cross-functionally with product development and production partners to maintain design intent throughout sampling and execution
  • Support design reviews by preparing presentation materials and updating work based on feedback
  • Ensure product concepts align with brand positioning, target customer expectations, and pricing goals
  • Maintain consistency across categories while supporting a cohesive seasonal point of view

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in apparel design, preferably within activewear, athleisure, or lifestyle product
  • Strong Adobe Illustrator skills and experience creating professional CADs and technical flats
  • Understanding of garment construction, materials, trims, fit, and the product lifecycle from concept to production
  • Ability to turn creative direction and trend research into wearable, marketable product ideas
  • Awareness of current trends in active and casual apparel, including silhouette, fabrication, and consumer shifts
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail
