Client: We are working with a leading vertically integrated home goods manufacturer.
Role: Our client is seeking an Assistant Brand Director to support the work of our current Brand Directors.
This is a hybrid position involving time in the office, working from home, and visiting stores. The schedule may shift depending on the needs of the Brand Directors, and candidates should be flexible and adaptable.
Core Responsibilities
Create CAD designs and packaging concepts
Conduct and update competitive shopping analyses
Develop and maintain retail planograms
Prepare marketing presentations
Update product charts and timelines
Manage inbound and outbound sample deliveries
Maintain organized sample storage and retrieval systems
Support customer PLM uploads/downloads
Prepare showroom and market presentations
Participate in occasional retailer interactions
Provide general support to Brand Directors
Occasional travel may be required
Social Media Responsibilities
Content creation and management, including graphics, images, and video
Posting and scheduling across designated social media platforms
Engaging with communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Assisting in the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns
Qualifications
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
Degree in Design or Merchandising
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
Experience with 3D simulation tools
Additional Requirement
Candidates should be prepared to share a portfolio of original design work upon request.
