Job Title: Associate Manager of Paid Social

Location: San Francisco, CA- Hybrid Schedule
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to extend- 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $38.00-$40.00/hr

Role Overview:
The Associate Manager of Paid Social will support Paid Social activation and performance within Marketing Shared Services. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Paid Social, you’ll collaborate with the Channel Planning team and media agency to drive efficient, effective Paid Social strategies using best practices and innovative approaches.

What You’ll Do:
• Play a pivotal support role for Sr Managers, Paid Social in QAing asset launch, conducting technical health checks, and fine tuning creative workflow processes.
• Partner closely with Senior Managers in managing full funnel paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Own Paid Social campaign tracking generation to ensure media results are captured in measurement models accordingly.
• Conduct daily analytics checks, ensuring consistent tracking, accuracy in messaging, and feed and pixel health.
• Partner with brand creative, organic social, and copy team to source assets for ad hoc tests and initiatives.
• Lead communication with cross-functional partners and channel planning related to down tracking instances.
• Providing ongoing direction to agency and platform partners on seasonal and commercial priorities.

Who You Are:
• 3+ years experience in planning and executing paid social campaigns and investment, preferably at a large retail organization or agency.
• Deep knowledge of Paid Social channels, technologies, best practices, and trends.
• Strong reporting and analytic skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
• Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Self-starter with an innate sense of curiosity, continuously improve ways of working, and eagerness to learn and collaborate.
