We are seeking an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support the Workforce & Reentry team. This role is onsite in the Bronx and requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in the nonprofit space.
The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant will oversee daily office operations, provide direct support to the Workforce & Reentry Director, and help ensure that both staff and clients have a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations: supplies, mail, deliveries, and workspace organization.
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain and organize client case files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Support process improvements and streamline office procedures.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and vendor management.
- Track visa gift cards, transportation cards, internship payroll, and visitor records.
- Support HR-related tasks, including maintaining offsite personnel records.
