We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic, and consumer-obsessed Brand Director to lead brand marketing efforts for a bold, growth-focused portfolio. This role will own brand strategy and execution from the ground up—ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints while evolving the brand to meet a fast-changing marketplace.
This leader will oversee product launches, build omnichannel marketing strategies, and spearhead creative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive preference—across retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own brand strategy and identity across all platforms.
Lead and mentor the brand marketing team.
Craft annual brand marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional marketing and executive teams.
Build integrated campaigns and go-to-market strategies with clear objectives and measurable impact.
Manage the product portfolio strategy including innovation, refreshes, and supporting assets.
Drive the creation of digital-first marketing efforts including social, influencers, SEM, paid media, and email.
Partner on content creation: photoshoots, event marketing, retail activation, and promotional campaigns.
Champion the brand internally and externally—acting as the connective thread between consumer insights and execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
7+ years in brand marketing or brand management; 5+ years in CPG or lifestyle/wellness sectors preferred.
Proficiency in digital tools including Microsoft Office, Nielsen, ClickUp, and social platforms.
Strong leadership, creative strategy, and cross-functional communication skills.
A deep passion for brand-building and driving culture-forward consumer engagement.
