Job description

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to take the reins on high-impact brand initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential channels. This role blends creativity and analytics to bring marketing plans to life—building brand love, driving consumer engagement, and fueling commercial growth.

As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a team of marketers to develop and execute best-in-class campaigns, compelling go-to-market strategies, and customer-centric programming. You’ll be the bridge between data and action—translating insights into memorable brand moments and performance-driving activations.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and own the annual brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across consumer, customer, and channel touchpoints.

  • Lead and mentor a team of brand marketers to deliver creative, results-driven marketing programs.

  • Leverage data and insights (Nielsen, sales data, customer performance) to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and inform marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with insights, sales, creative, and commercial teams to create compelling brand stories and drive channel-specific marketing plans.

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns—including content, social, retail promotions, and experiential marketing.

  • Drive brand visibility and engagement through digital platforms, loyalty initiatives, and community-building activations.

  • Manage project timelines and marketing budgets to ensure seamless execution and ROI across programs.

  • Continuously monitor competitive activity and emerging trends to keep the brand relevant and differentiated in the marketplace.

  • Champion innovation, constantly seeking new ways to evolve and elevate the brand experience.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing or related functions

  • 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry preferred

  • Strong grasp of marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, and Nielsen data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social platforms, ClickUp or similar project management tools

  • Natural leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Creative thinker with a passion for building brands people love
