Duration: Contract-to-hire, 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $38.00-$43.00/hour
Role Overview:
As a Brand Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and commercial impact. You’ll collaborate closely with partners across Creative, Merchandising, Media, PR, and Omni Experience to ensure brand stories are cohesive, inspiring, and reflective of the brand values.
This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn how large-scale retail marketing campaigns are built — from brief through execution — and who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign & Creative Support
• Support the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across Men’s, Women’s, and cross-category initiatives.
• Assist in building creative briefs, gathering assets, and routing campaign materials across teams and partners. Manage AirTable briefing and trafficking for all projects.
• Help manage timelines, deliverables, and project trackers to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
• Partner with the Creative team to review assets and ensure alignment with campaign strategy, brand tone, and visual identity.
• Support product storytelling through coordination of imagery, copy, and content needs for seasonal campaigns.
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Merchandising, PM, Media, and Social teams to align marketing priorities and ensure campaign stories are reflected consistently across channels.
• Coordinate with Omni Experience and PR partners to help amplify key seasonal moments and product stories.
• Help maintain communication documents, campaign toolkits, and recaps to ensure visibility and alignment across teams. Support weekly reporting documents.
Insights & Trend Tracking
• Support in compiling campaign performance reports and post-mortems in partnership with Analytics and Marketing Managers.
• Stay current on competitor marketing, fashion trends, and cultural moments to help inform future storytelling opportunities.
• Monitor social and industry trends to identify new ways the brand can show up with relevance and authenticity.
Team & Operational Support
• Manage calendar updates, project timelines, and internal routing for campaign deliverables.
• Help with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing as needed.
• Support creative review sessions and assist with presentation materials for cross-functional meetings.
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, retail, or fashion (internships or project-based experience welcome).
• Passionate about fashion, culture, and creative storytelling.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Excellent communicator — clear, collaborative, and proactive.
• Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious and eager to learn how strategy and creativity come together to shape great marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Figma, Miro, Smartsheet) is a plus.
