Lead Business Development Representative – MUST LIVE IN MPLS AREA
Our Saas client is seeking a dynamic and driven Lead Business Development Representative to join their team full-time. In this pivotal role, you will be the catalyst that sparks our sales growth across North America. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, your mission is to generate qualified leads, book meaningful meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline. Beyond individual contributions, you will play a key role in scaling and leading our BDR team as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:

Top of Funnel Ownership: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospects using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling strategies.

Meeting Generation: Secure meetings that create genuine value by connecting prospects with Account Executives for solution-driven conversations.

Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of how marketers and digital teams leverage site search technology and communicate value effectively.

Team Leadership: After demonstrating success, contribute to hiring, training, and mentoring new BDRs to build a high-performing team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to convert intent into a strong sales pipeline.

Innovation in Outreach: Experiment with new outreach approaches, messaging sequences, and creative tactics to maximize engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR within B2B SaaS environments (experience in marketing technology is advantageous).
- Proven success in surpassing pipeline generation targets.
- Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and digital channels.
- A driven, resilient mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, or Nooks is a plus.
