Campaign Marketing Specialist
Our healthcare client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team on a freelance basis. This remote role, operating from 8am to 5pm Central Time, is pivotal in managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid social, and paid search. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product marketing, project managers, sales/growth teams, and campaign execution specialists to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery of campaign assets. Through continuous optimization driven by data insights, this position supports building a robust client pipeline and enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution: Project manage timelines and deliverables using Adobe Workfront; coordinate scheduling for all campaigns within the marketing calendar; manage lead data uploads for campaign follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in weekly meetings with product marketing and project management teams; partner with development teams to align design and messaging; work alongside sales/growth teams to support client acquisition.

Email Marketing Strategy & Design: Lead creative strategy and A/B testing for segmented email campaigns; design tailored messaging for audience segments; manage monthly list segmentation across channels.

Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to identify successful content; refine messaging based on engagement metrics; leverage insights to improve future campaigns.
