Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and relationships
- Understand client goals and translate them into strategic campaign plans
- Oversee campaign execution, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage multiple accounts while maintaining organization and efficiency
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business pitches
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling concepts
- Present performance updates and campaign insights to clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Maintain adherence to internal processes, documentation, and agency best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and digital media channels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Proficiency in tools like Google Slides, Google Sheets, and project management platforms
