Color Tech Pack Designer

24 Seven is partnering with a lifestyle and footwear brand to help them find a Color Tech Pack Designer to join their team onsite in Portland, OR. This is a full-time, 3-4 week contract role starting ASAP working 5 days a week onsite.

Ideal Candidate: will have at least 3–5 years of experience in footwear or apparel color design, tech pack development, or product creation, with strong Adobe Illustrator skills and a portfolio that demonstrates precision and creativity. Familiarity with tools like Miro or LOOM is a plus.

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Color Tech Pack Designer to support the Color Design team during a key seasonal period. This fast-paced role requires precision, organization, and speed—ideal for a mid-level footwear professional ready to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and complete approximately 350 color tech packs for Fall ’27 footwear collections.

• Accurately specify colorways and organize swatches within the seasonal color book.

• Prepare materials and provide support during color review meetings.

• Update and refine design details using Adobe Illustrator as the primary tool.

• Partner with the color design team to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency across assets.

• Support workflow management using tools like Miro or LOOM (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in footwear or apparel color design, tech pack development, or product creation

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)

• Portfolio showcasing tech pack or color design work (required for submission)

• Experience with tools such as Miro or LOOM is a plus
