Content Designer – Intermediate
- Works independently, or with oversight from more senior content designers, on content design projects that are concisely defined or contain limited unknowns. Collaborates effectively with working teams.
- Works on technical problems with small to large scope, asks questions to confirm and validate requirements to execute on deliverables.
- Works on content problems with relatively small scope and asks questions to ensure they have all relevant information to create solutions.
- Able to improve existing content by ensuring writing complies with technical input constrains and design module builds within our Content Management System (CMS) with a focus on accessibility.
- Self-managed to execute on content QA process and procedures and content intake management by following content authorship roles and responsibilities.
- Can produce well-crafted content deliverables that meet stated requirements.
- Able to iterate rapidly, create multiple solutions.
- Strong attention to detail in using correct grammar, consistency, and following defined content guidelines.
- Self directed and meets deadlines.
- Listens to feedback and incorporates it appropriately with help from mentors / managers.
- Works effectively with PM, content, design, development and other cross-functional partners to understand problem, goals and arrive at best solution.
- Can solicit, weigh and integrate diverse feedback from multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Clearly communicates decision-making rationale to team members.
