Content Designer & Content Creator

Location: San Jose, CA- Hybrid schedule
Duration: Contract starting ASAP through end of year- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $51.40-$56.40/hour

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Designer and Creator to support the design, development, and maintenance of an org-wide SharePoint site. This includes regular updates aligned with strategic priorities, C-level communications, accomplishment highlights, event promotions, and newsletters. The role requires both creative content development and hands-on execution across digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain engaging SharePoint pages customized for executive and org-wide visibility
• Create and format high-impact PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and site visuals
• Develop accomplishment videos and content with advanced graphics, motion, and GIFs
• Own and manage the end-to-end content calendar for org events, milestones, and updates
• Proactively propose content strategies, themes, and interactive formats to drive engagement
• Collaborate with leadership and comms teams to align tone, branding, and delivery cadence

Qualifications:
• 5+ yeas of relevant experience
• Proven experience in content creation, design, and storytelling for executive and enterprise audiences
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, graphic design tools, and SharePoint custom page building
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and formatting
• Experience producing short videos with motion graphics and GIFs
• Excellent communication and planning skills; self-starter with content ownership mindset
• Experience supporting org-wide communications, events, or internal branding initiatives is a plus
