Job Title: Copywriter

Location: Remote, United States
Duration: Contract starting in July- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $40.00-$45.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Led the ideation and execution of creative campaigns across video, social, banners, email, and CRM, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

  • Collaborated with marketing, Creative Director, designers, producers, and developers to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative aligned with brand standards.

  • Maintained and evolved brand voice through carefully crafted copy, ensuring all deliverables—from templates to unique projects—met top creative standards.

  • Fostered a positive team environment by sharing ideas, giving feedback, and mentoring peers to encourage growth, inclusivity, and innovation.

  • Excelled in fast-paced settings, translating complex inputs into impactful creative while staying curious, empathetic, and eager to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of senior-level experience in copywriting and creative development, ideally in a tech or performance-marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into short, punchy, confident, and engaging copy for a range of audiences.
  • Experience working in several mediums including video, radio, digital banners, social, CRM, and swag.
  • Experience creating high-performing landing pages, digital campaigns, and performance-driven marketing assets.
  • Experience with interdisciplinary creative, strategy, media and production teams
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating excellent design work across digital and online platforms
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Proven track record of translating brand guidelines into compelling messaging that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in brainstorming and collaborating with team members to develop creative solutions that align with brand objectives and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to deadlines and upholding high-quality standards.
  • Comfort using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and project management software
