Job Type: Contract – early September to EOY

Pay range: $35-40/hr
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Our agency client is looking a copywriter to help support their large telecommunications client. This person will write mostly digital copy, from banner ads to landing pages.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with designers to develop digital assets for the client’s campaigns
- Present creative work to clients, incorporate feedback, and revise content accordingly
- Prepare and complete detailed legal copy documents for handoff to the client
- Ensure all deliverables meet the client’s brand and copy standards
- Accurately provide copy, legal disclaimers, CTA links, alt text, and instructions in required templates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously – up to 10 active jobs at a time
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with the client’s strict proprietary and data-sharing policies
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Use assigned tools and platforms (Google Docs, Outlook, Workfront, etc.) to manage workload and deliverables
Requirements
- Proven writing experience, ideally with a background in communications or digital content
- Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Comfortable editing and annotating PDFs, and working with Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook
- Experience creating and editing complex, detail-heavy documents
- Ability to edit and interact with copy in Figma
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality when working on restricted or proprietary jobs
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
