Job description

We’re seeking a Personalization Copywriter who can craft compelling, conversion-driven content across various channels while leveraging AI to scale and refine messaging for our large client in the Irving area. This contract position will blend creative copywriting with technical prompt design — helping shape dynamic, personalized customer experiences at scale.

This is a long-term W2 contract that will be on-site a few days a week in Irving, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for personalized campaigns across email, web, paid media, and mobile.

  • Collaborate with personalization strategists and marketing ops to tailor copy variations for audience segments, journey stages, and behavioral triggers.

  • Develop and refine AI prompts to generate or adapt copy, ensuring alignment with brand voice, compliance standards, and campaign goals.

  • Partner with data/analytics teams to test, measure, and optimize messaging performance (A/B tests, multivariate copy testing, etc.).

  • Act as the brand steward for tone, voice, and personalization best practices in an AI-driven environment.

  • Document and maintain prompt libraries, copy guidelines, and scalable content frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, with at least 2 years focused on personalization, performance marketing, or lifecycle campaigns.

  • Strong background in AI-assisted writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) and proven experience writing/optimizing prompts.

  • Portfolio of copy that demonstrates both creative storytelling and results-driven performance.

  • Ability to translate data and insights into compelling messaging strategies.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization platforms, or CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to flex voice/tone across audiences and channels.
