The Creative Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on graphic design expertise and excellence in visual communication. This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager who began their career as a graphic designer and can confidently oversee both the creative and operational aspects of campaigns from concept through final delivery.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative sensibility, hands-on design experience, and proven project management skills. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive creative workflows, manage timelines, balance priorities, and ensure all deliverables are on brand, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of creative and marketing projects, from intake and brief development through execution, review, and delivery
- Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into clear creative briefs, timelines, and production plans.
- Coordinate the work of designers, copywriters, and other creative resources to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and brand standards.
- Oversee campaign asset development across digital, print, and other channels, ensuring consistency of visual identity and messaging.
- Drive implementation and ongoing management of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including structure, workflow, and best practices.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to keep work on track.
- Monitor project scopes and resources, ensuring work is executed efficiently and within agreed parameters.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, creative reviews, and approvals with stakeholders.
- Track and report on project progress, providing clear visibility into timelines, deliverables, and workload.
- Maintain organized documentation and asset libraries to support reuse, version control, and compliance.
Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of professional project management experience in a creative, marketing, or design-focused environment.
- Foundational career background in graphic design, with the ability to evaluate creative work and provide constructive, design-literate feedback.
- Strong portfolio or track record demonstrating a refined visual eye, understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand systems.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and complex creative workflows.
- Experience working with or implementing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, or close collaboration with teams using DAM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate creative concepts into clear plans and next steps.
- Comfort using project management tools (such as Monday.com or similar platforms) to track work, dependencies, and resourcing.
