Pay: $30-35hr DOE

Client Overview: Our client is a leading independent media agency that delivers data-driven marketing, advertising, and media solutions to help brands grow and connect with audiences through innovative strategy and technology.

Role Overview: Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams and functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent, deliver a great candidate experience, and continuously improve hiring processes.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple open roles across various departments
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Screen and interview candidates and guide them through the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through interviews and offers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates
• Improve recruiting workflows and support TA initiatives
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
• Comfortable negotiating offers and start dates
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative
• Passion for DEI and recruiting best practices
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Applicant Tracking Systems
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
