We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthcare startup in Arlington, VA that is looking for a CRO & Analytics Specialist to manage experimentation, analytics, and conversion optimization across the marketing funnel. This role sits at the intersection of data, UX, and strategy—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves on both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, CTAs, and forms.
Streamline user flows to drive seamless signups, lead capture, and improved conversion rates.
Own the marketing analytics stack (GA, PostHog, Amplitude, HotJar, HubSpot Analytics).
Build and maintain dashboards in PowerBI to connect performance across channels.
Translate data into actionable insights, including CAC, ROAS, funnel performance, and optimization opportunities.
Design, launch, and measure cross-channel growth experiments—from long-tail campaigns to testing new acquisition channels.
Evaluate and validate ROI on lifecycle programs, nurture funnels, and retention initiatives.
Act as the connective tissue across SEO, Paid Media, Ops, and Content teams to maximize integrated marketing impact.
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations for leadership and board-level reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ in a high-growth startup.
Strong technical skills with analytics platforms (PowerBI, GA, HubSpot Analytics, Amplitude, PostHog, HotJar).
Hands-on experience running A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and funnel optimization.
Track record of turning data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
