Job description

The Growth Marketing Operations team responsible for crafting and executing in-app messaging experiences and we’re looking for a proactive, inquisitive professional to manage and execute the operational processes that support growth marketing efforts.

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, and engineering to implement multi-channel communications aimed at increasing user awareness and engagement.

1 year contract
Remote NYC: Must live near New York

Pay $70- 75/hour (w2 and eligible for benefits!)

40hrs a week, 9-6pm

Role Responsibilities

This position plays a key role in designing and implementing customer journeys that support user acquisition and engagement goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, test, and launch customer journeys aligned with strategic goals, data requirements, and platform capabilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation for large-scale, global projects
  • Monitor campaign health and performance and identify areas for optimization in campaign performance, workflow efficiency, and platform tools
  • Develop and maintain a centralized resource of best practices and process documentation to support knowledge sharing and onboarding

Your Background and Skills:

  • 7–10 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, including a strong foundation in customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking; experience using SQL is a plus
