Our client is looking for a polished and service-minded VIP Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about excellence, driven by quality, and committed to creating unforgettable client experiences. This is not a basic support role — it’s a high-touch, client-facing position built for someone who understands that great service is a key part of a premium brand experience.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service in every client interaction across phone, email, and chat
- Act as a trusted point of contact, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience
- Approach service with curiosity and care, taking ownership of customer concerns and finding thoughtful, effective solutions
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and discretion when working with high-value clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met quickly and accurately
- Track inquiries, feedback, and trends to help inform continuous improvements in the service experience
- Stay informed on product knowledge and process updates to ensure accurate and confident communication

Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury, high-touch service, or premium retail environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems or customer service platforms a plus
- Ability to remain composed and thoughtful under pressure
- Passion for delivering service that goes above and beyond expectations
- Multilingual : Spanish and/or Portuguese
