Deployment Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Care or Customer Service roles.

- Exceptional attention to detail paired with excellent communication abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionalities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA macro programming.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform for issue tracking and management.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
- Background in retail merchandising is a plus.
