Ecommerce Analyst
Full-time Ecommerce Analyst role focused on using data to optimize ecommerce and omni-channel performance. You’ll turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive growth, improve customer experience, and support decision-making across digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in GA4 and Power BI.
- Develop a roadmap for analytics, including KPIs, testing, and data governance.
- Plan and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app.
- Partner with marketing, product, merchandising, and technology teams to translate needs into insights.
- Support CRM, CDP, and customer data initiatives (segmentation, personalization, lifecycle).
- Combine data from multiple platforms to create executive-ready dashboards.
- Identify and resolve gaps in data capture, tagging, and attribution.
- Analyze customer behavior across channels and present recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field; advanced analytics education a plus.
- 2+ years in business intelligence/analytics or retail technology.
- 3+ years in a digital or ecommerce environment.
- Hands-on GA4 experience; app analytics preferred.
- SQL experience with data warehouses or lakes.
- Power BI experience required; other BI tools a plus.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders.
