One of our small agency clients is looking for a freelance Digital Campaign Manager to join their team for a 6-month part-time role covering for an employee on long-term leave and managing a key QSR client account.

This freelance Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for jumping in to maintain/improve current level of client service and digital campaign management support for this specific QSR client account.

The freelance Digital Campaign Manager should be comfortable with campaign development and management, keyword and audience research, budget/bidding management, campaign performance monitoring and optimization, A/B testing, reporting, client alignment, etc.

Ideal freelance Campaign Development Manager candidates will have:
– At least 5+ years of digital marketing and paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment
– Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing PPC and paid media campaigns across CTV, Meta and other ad-serving platforms.
– Ability to conduct thorough keyword, demographic, location and behavioral analysis to identify high-converting audiences, terms and offers.
– Ability to manage ad budgets and adjust bidding strategies to maximize return on marketing spend (ROAS) and conversion/new customer goals.
– Ability to track campaign performance using data-driven insights and make strategic adjustments for better results.
– Know how to perform A/B testing for different ad variations, offers and audiences to enhance click-through and conversion rates.
– Proven experience generating and presenting detailed reports analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to customers; gain insights/direction and revise campaigns to match goals and ROAS/conversion expectations
– Comfortable working with content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals to ensure cohesive campaign strategies across platforms.
– Know how to partner with creative teams to develop creative and compelling ad copy to attract clicks and improve performance.

*Fully remote, CT hours preferred; must be available on Fridays for standing 10-11am CT status meeting, otherwise flexible
