Job description

We are seeking Digital Product Managers in Houston area to join our pipeline of professionals supporting organizations that will drive the strategy, development, and optimization of digital products and experiences. Our clients look for talent who serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, design, and technical teams, ensuring products are user-centered, commercially viable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business objectives, customer insights, and market trends.

  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.

  • Partner with UX/UI, engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within scope.

  • Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders.

  • Benchmark competitive products and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

  • Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • 3–7 years of product management experience in digital, web, mobile, or software environments.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and backlog management.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and inform decisions.

  • Knowledge of UX best practices, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in A/B testing, personalization, or customer journey optimization.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

  • Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital transformation initiatives.
