Marketing Project Coordinator
Our retail client is seeking Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Growth & Acquisition as well as Retention & Engagement teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless project operations and strategic alignment across initiatives designed to enhance digital experiences for loyalty program members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination and maintenance of a centralized project roadmap for Growth & Acquisition and Retention & Engagement teams to ensure aligned and cohesive initiatives.
- Manage the project intake process by triaging requests, prioritizing tasks, and properly scoping assignments.
- Oversee and maintain the team’s content calendar, coordinating stakeholder inputs to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across digital channels.
- Assist in budget management including tracking expenses and reporting to support program financial oversight.
- Support project execution from initiation through completion by tracking timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating smooth communication across teams.
- Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to foster a unified approach to delivering positive member experiences.
- Document project progress and report key operational metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operational support roles, ideally within digital marketing or loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Confluence, CODA, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive problem-solving attitude.
