A well-known apparel company is seeking a Senior Designer to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, trend-driven designer with a strong background in men’s or unisex apparel and a sharp eye for streetwear, surf, skate, and contemporary fashion. The ideal candidate brings both strong creative vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to take concepts from idea to final product while maintaining brand integrity throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from initial concept through final product execution
- Develop seasonal concepts, color stories, silhouettes, and product assortments
- Create sketches, CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials
- Research fashion trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams
- Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the development lifecycle
- Present seasonal direction and design concepts to internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of apparel design experience (Men’s, Unisex)
- Strong men’s or unisex apparel design background
- Experience in streetwear, surf, skate, lifestyle, or contemporary categories
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative vision and product execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
