Director, Brand Media Strategy
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Brand Media Strategy to spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive media campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and support a diverse array of products. This full-time leadership role is pivotal in crafting innovative strategies that connect with audiences across multiple platforms while driving measurable business outcomes.
In this position, you will lead the development of integrated media plans that encompass paid, owned, and earned channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, analytics, and communications to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. Managing relationships with media agency partners and staying ahead of emerging media trends will be critical to your success.
This hybrid role requires regular attendance at our office in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic media plans that translate marketing objectives into effective audience engagement.
- Lead collaboration sessions with stakeholders to align goals and drive informed decision-making.
- Create data-driven campaigns that balance creativity with analytical insights for maximum ROI.
- Oversee daily interactions with media agencies to ensure seamless execution of media buys and initiatives.
- Work closely with creative, brand marketing, analytics, and communications teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Partner with research teams to establish metrics, analyze performance data, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Champion innovation by exploring new media channels, platforms, and technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing or agency environments.
- A minimum of 5 years specializing in brand marketing and media strategy development.
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging diverse organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical, legal, and financial teams.
- Strong aptitude for interpreting consumer insights, data analytics, and market research.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
