The Role
We are looking for a Director of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to build, scale, and lead a high-performing creator-led growth program. This role owns the strategy and execution across influencers, UGC, and affiliate partnerships, with a clear goal of driving significant DTC and Amazon revenue while elevating brand position as a category leader in beauty tech and personal wellness.

You will shape our influencer strategy by building authentic, long-term relationships, amplifying our brand story, driving awareness, and strengthening loyalty across diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with analytical rigor, thrives on designing scalable systems, and embraces automation and AI to work smarter, not harder. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will architect the infrastructure that fuels both measurable growth and meaningful brand impact.

Responsibilities

? Own the influencer and affiliate roadmap across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms.
? Design and implement automated systems (AI tools, CRM, workflows) for sourcing, briefing, and managing creators.
? Build a tiered partner strategy (macro/micro/nano) that drives both conversion and brand affinity.

? Define performance benchmarks by platform, tier, content type, and funnel stage.

? Manage internal team members and/or contractors to scale creator and affiliate operations.
? Own partner selection, deal structures, creative briefs, and feedback loops.
? Integrate creator content into paid media and DTC site experiences to maximize value.
? Optimize affiliate commissions, exclusions, and attribution systems in collaboration with finance and analytics.

? Partner with Growth, Paid Media, Creative, and Product to align messaging and maximize ROI.
? Leverage Northbeam, MMM, and post-purchase data to optimize for ROAS and revenue lift.
? Forecast revenue contribution across DTC and Amazon, and track pacing against goals.

? Influencer and affiliate programs account for a meaningful share of overall
marketing-driven growth across DTC and Amazon channels, contributing a steady and increasing percentage over time.
? Scalable, automated systems replace manual processes, enabling faster partner outreach and streamlined program expansion.
? Consistent testing and optimization of new creators and campaigns, with outcomes tied to clear performance metrics.
? A 70/30 balance between performance-focused initiatives and brand-building efforts, ensuring long-form, trust-driven content supports measurable results.

Qualifications
? 5–8+ years in influencer, UGC, or affiliate marketing (beauty, wellness, or DTC strongly preferred)
? Track record of scaling affiliate/influencer programs to 8-figure revenue
? Experience across both DTC and Amazon
? Strong working knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM systems, and creator marketplaces
? Analytical fluency with tools like Northbeam, Triple Whale, Google Analytics, etc.
? Deep familiarity with AI-powered tools for outreach, contracting, and content workflow
? Highly organized, systems thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
? A creative eye and high taste level in content

Bonus

? Experience in regulated industries (e.g., health, skincare, wellness)
