About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Partnerships to lead the development, expansion, and optimization of high-impact relationships with associations, affiliates, resellers, and industry groups. This role is central to driving qualified leads, accelerating customer acquisition, and generating long-term revenue growth through indirect marketing and sales channels.
You will build and scale a robust partner ecosystem, develop co-marketing initiatives, and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes. If you thrive at the intersection of strategic planning and execution—and love building programs from the ground up—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy: Design and execute a scalable strategy for acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing marketing and channel partners.
Acquisition & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and activate high-value associations, affiliates, resellers, and industry organizations.
Joint Marketing & Lead Generation: Launch co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and content with partners to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
Program Development: Create partner program infrastructure, including onboarding flows, marketing toolkits, incentive structures, and performance dashboards.
Relationship Management: Manage and grow partner relationships through regular communication, strategic planning, and performance reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align partner efforts with overall company goals.
Performance Optimization: Define KPIs, track campaign success, and iterate on strategy to maximize ROI and long-term impact.
Team Leadership (if applicable): Hire and manage a team focused on partner marketing, relationship management, and growth initiatives.
What You Bring
8–10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel marketing, or affiliate program management (preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or tech)
Proven success building scalable partner programs that drive measurable revenue
Strong understanding of co-marketing strategies and partner acquisition funnels
Experience engaging SMBs via associations, influencer networks, or niche communities
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
A growth mindset and “builder” mentality—you’re equally strategic and hands-on
