Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale our sales organization. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and managing complex sales cycles. This individual will bring expertise in high-end sales, a strong background in CRM-driven sales operations, and the ability to inspire a team of sales professionals across defined territories. Experience in home warranty, real estate, or luxury services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of territory-based sales representatives.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high achievement.
Sales Operations & CRM Management
Oversee sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management through CRM systems.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of leads and sales activities.
Provide regular reporting on team performance and market insights.
Business Development & Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate sales events, presentations, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Deliver polished public speaking engagements to industry partners, prospective clients, and stakeholders.
Marketing & Digital Sales Integration
Partner with marketing to optimize digital sales campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Leverage digital tools and platforms to support sales growth and market outreach.
Industry Expertise
Stay current with trends in luxury services, home concierge programs, and home warranty offerings.
Build relationships with high-value clients, real estate professionals, and strategic partners.
Qualifications

Proven leadership tenure with at least 7+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team success in high-end/luxury sales environments.
- Strong background in CRM-driven sales operations and pipeline management.
- Experience in digital sales marketing is a strong plus.
- Experience in home warranty, real estate, or related concierge/home services industries highly desirable.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
