Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred but not required
Location: Sunrise, FL with light travel to Naples and Palm Beach Regions

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale our sales organization. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and managing complex sales cycles. This individual will bring expertise in high-end sales, a strong background in CRM-driven sales operations, and the ability to inspire a team of sales professionals across defined territories. Experience in home warranty, real estate, or luxury services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of territory-based sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high achievement.
  • Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Oversee sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management through CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of leads and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reporting on team performance and market insights.
  • Business Development & Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate sales events, presentations, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Deliver polished public speaking engagements to industry partners, prospective clients, and stakeholders.
  • Marketing & Digital Sales Integration

  • Partner with marketing to optimize digital sales campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to support sales growth and market outreach.
  • Industry Expertise

  • Stay current with trends in luxury services, home concierge programs, and home warranty offerings.
  • Build relationships with high-value clients, real estate professionals, and strategic partners.

    Qualifications

    • Proven leadership tenure with at least 7+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
    • Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team success in high-end/luxury sales environments.
    • Strong background in CRM-driven sales operations and pipeline management.
    • Experience in digital sales marketing is a strong plus.
    • Experience in home warranty, real estate, or related concierge/home services industries highly desirable.
    • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
