Digital Content Coordinator – Fashion

Client Overview: Our client is a global apparel retailer known for its casual, trend-driven clothing, and accessories.
Role Overview: The Digital Content Contractor partners cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Site Merchandising, and Digital Technology teams to build, manage, and deliver digital experiences through a Content Management System (CMS). This role plays a critical part in ensuring content accuracy, timely deployment, and optimization across web and app platforms.
Freelance Digital Content Responsibilities:
- Build, preview, validate, and schedule digital assets across multiple environments, devices, and platforms on a frequent basis
- Manage and configure web content including links, text, images, templates, and layouts within the CMS workflow
- Coordinate and execute multiple content publishes with overlapping timelines and requirements
- Collaborate with Creative and Design teams to implement content across various templates and touchpoints
- Partner with Site Merchandising to define benchmarks and optimize engagement, click-through, and conversion rates
- Participate in marketing meetings, providing input on builds, timelines, and execution strategies
- Oversee content QA by validating experiences across desktop, mobile, and app before publishing
- Maintain strong organization and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Support CMS enhancement initiatives, working alongside engineers and product teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cross-functional partners including Designers and Technical teams
- Monitor deployments and assist with issue triage during off-hours when necessary
Freelance Digital Content Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Development, or a related field preferred
- Experience in e-commerce and/or retail environments preferred
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS); Contentstack experience is a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on quality, deadlines, and performance optimization
