Freelance HR Coordinator
Location: Wayne, NJ – Hybrid 4 days
Pay: $35hr

Client Overview: Our client is an international leader in the luxury space, managing a diverse collection of well-established brands spanning fashion, accessories, fine jewelry, and lifestyle categories.

Role Overview: The Freelance HR Coordinator plays a key role within the Human Resources Shared Services team, delivering day-to-day administrative and operational support across a range of HR functions. This position helps maintain data integrity, supports HR systems, and enhances overall HR service delivery across multiple brands.

Freelance HR Coordinator:

  • Oversee the upkeep and accuracy of employee records within the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR operations and ensure consistency of data across platforms
  • Address inquiries related to policies, payroll, benefits, time-off, and employee information
  • Participate in internal audits to verify compliance and ensure accuracy of HR and payroll data
  • Support system enhancements, policy updates, and evolving HR operational requirements
  • Assist with cross-functional and brand-specific HR projects as needed
  • Handle additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned

Freelance HR Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative function
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable practical experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Well-developed organizational skills with a strong emphasis on precision and high-quality output
