Freelance- Technical Designer- Onsite- Los Angeles

A growing women-led fashion brand is seeking a Technical Designer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience who is open to freelance with strong potential to convert full-time.

What You’ll Work On:

• Categories include Swim, Resortwear, Knits, and Activewear
• Partner closely with design and production to support fit, construction, and tech pack execution
• Prepare detailed tech packs and update specs
• Manage fit comments and communicate revisions to overseas vendors
• Support fittings (will not lead initially, with opportunity to grow into that responsibility)
• Ensure product integrity from development through production

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Technical Design experience
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
• Experience in swim, knits, resortwear, or activewear (exposure to multiple categories is a plus, but not required)
• Open to temp-to-hire (not freelance-only candidates)
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
