Key Responsibilities
  • Drive excellence in core product content by defining requirements, identifying gaps, and establishing action plans for both new and existing products.
  • Contribute to and execute the annual Product Content Plan in alignment with the Global Marketing Plan.
  • Develop, optimize, and approve base and variant product content using eCommerce best practices.
  • Create and manage compelling, accurate, and complete content across data attributes, copy, imagery, video, and collateral.
  • Partner cross-functionally with portfolio marketing, segment marketing, technical service, demand generation, and marketing operations.
  • Support global teams with strategic direction to ensure scalable, high-quality local execution.
  • Ensure content readiness for new product introductions and lifecycle updates across global markets.
  • Support both traditional and digital marketing channels, including brochures, flyers, eCommerce, web, search, and social media.
  • Coordinate with Digital Asset Management teams to ensure content is loaded correctly and meets regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Lead complex content and campaign projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards, including accessibility and ADA requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong content marketing experience with knowledge of customer journey mapping and funnel-based content strategy.
  • Excellent project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across global, matrixed, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with PIM and DAM systems, product taxonomy, enriched content, and digital shelf optimization.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and data-driven content optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into compelling customer value.
What Success Looks Like
  • High content completeness and quality across product families.
  • Improved discoverability and digital shelf performance.
  • On-time content readiness for launches and major product updates.
  • Clear, differentiated value propositions validated by cross-functional teams.
  • Consistent, scalable brand-aligned content across regions and channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Detail-oriented yet practical, with the ability to balance rigor and speed.
  • Creative, curious, and data-informed.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones and global stakeholder groups.
  • A strong team player who takes ownership and consistently delivers results.
