About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, self-motivated Graphic Designer to help shape engaging brand experiences across multiple digital touchpoints. In this role, you will translate ideas into visually compelling, user-friendly content that elevates the brand and connects with customers.
You should bring a proven track record of taking projects from concept to final delivery. This is a hands-on role for a scrappy, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
What You’ll Do
- Develop monthly omnichannel creative assets including web banners, landing pages, emails and social media (organic and paid), in both static and animated formats.
- Ensure all work meets a high visual standard, with clear, consistent design aligned to established brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, copywriters, designers and photo studio partners to integrate smoothly into creative workflows and meet review cycles and deadlines.
- Present your concepts and final work through the lens of creative strategy to internal partners and leadership.
- Manage multiple projects at once, maintaining strong attention to detail and quality under tight and shifting timelines.
- Provide overall support to creative team members as needed, contributing ideas and feedback to elevate the work.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of digital design experience, ideally in beauty, consumer packaged goods or retail.
- A portfolio that showcases cross-channel campaigns and motion design, highlighting your creativity, craft and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, deliver under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex inputs and requirements into intuitive, customer-centric design solutions.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills; you are reliably deadline-driven.
