Growth Product Manager – Lifecycle Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Growth Product Manager to help drive and scale lifecycle marketing efforts . In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll focus on building seamless, scalable customer experiences across the full subscription journey — from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and winback. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple products and services, shaping how we engage millions of customers across our ecosystem.
Description
- Own and optimize the customer journey across subscription lifecycle touchpoints — including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback
- Drive awareness and adoption of new capabilities across marketing teams through structured education and campaign enablement
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, analytics, QA, operations, business development, and marketing to build scalable, data-informed solutions
- Partner with Customer Lifecycle and Marketing Services teams to define requirements and prioritize marketing capabilities across services
- Lead end-to-end initiatives: identifying business problems, gathering requirements, consolidating input from diverse stakeholders, and delivering high-impact outcomes
- Define KPIs and measure performance of experiences, marketing flows, and growth campaigns with an eye toward optimization
- Balance creative thinking with operational rigor — able to deliver highly visible projects while adapting to changing priorities
- Serve as a voice of the customer — helping translate insights into product experiences and marketing campaigns that resonate
- Support multiple cross-functional efforts simultaneously, surfacing blockers early and keeping teams aligned
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager in B2C growth or lifecycle marketing; experience with subscription services or streamers is a plus
- Proven success driving growth in subscription and recurring revenue models
- Strategic mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to distill complexity and rally teams around a shared vision
- Adept at navigating ambiguity, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving solutions across business, marketing, and design
- Experience working in matrixed environments, driving alignment and progress across marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Strong execution skills — able to move quickly, iterate, and execute with minimal overhead
- Demonstrated ability to hear pain points, shape strategy, and translate them into scalable solutions
