Head of Marketing (Beauty) – Paid, Owned & Earned Media
We’re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing who will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact and relevant platforms and big ideas across the consumer journey from consumer insights to organic social/content to paid media channels and influencer/PR for a well-known Beauty brand.
What You’ll Own:
- Define and lead the global and regional US-owned and earned consumer engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand vision and business objectives.
- Lead full-funnel paid media strategic planning strategy and execute upper and mid-funnel media.
- Guide social and content strategies to ensure brand storytelling, community building, and data-driven optimization across platforms.
- Own reporting of consumer engagement performance at the executive level, leveraging insights to inform long-term planning.
- Stay ahead of evolving trends in digital marketing to keep brands fresh and competitive.
Your Experience:
- 10+ years leading digital marketing with deep expertise in paid media platforms and integrated brand strategies.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
- Expertise in paid media platforms (Amazon, Google, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.) and evolving social and influencer ecosystems.
- Proven success driving measurable results through data-driven paid campaigns combined with organic and influencer marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for building collaborative, agile teams.
