100% remote, with occasional office visits in LA/OC area.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Product to define and own the product vision. This leader will bridge the gap between operational strategy and innovation, bringing clarity, alignment, and momentum to our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will blend strategic foresight with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring our products deliver measurable impact for customers and the business.

What You’ll Do
Define and Protect the North Star: Establish a clear product vision that aligns with company strategy, customer needs, and market opportunity
Lead Product Strategy: Own the product roadmap from concept to launch, ensuring each initiative drives growth and advances our mission.
Translate Vision into Action: Turn big-picture goals into clear priorities, milestones, and deliverables for the product team.
Champion Customer Insight: Leverage research, user feedback, and market data to guide decision-making.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Own Product Performance: Define success metrics, track outcomes, and iterate quickly to maximize product impact.
Scale the Product Function: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, embedding a culture of innovation and accountability.

What You Bring
Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in consumer tech, wellness, or health-focused products.
Track record of shipping products that combine technical excellence with exceptional user experience.
Strong strategic thinking skills paired with a bias toward action and delivery.
Ability to inspire and align teams around a compelling vision.
Comfort working at both the strategic and tactical levels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Has led or co-led a major product initiative (even if not the overall function) and can articulate their role in shaping vision and execution.
Thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable defining process, strategy, and roadmap from scratch.
Shows strategic thinking + hands-on capability; can zoom out to craft the north star and roll up sleeves to deliver MVPs.
Has been the “right hand” to a Head of Product or Founder in a high-growth environment.
Demonstrates bias toward impact; can connect product decisions directly to growth, retention, or engagement metrics.

Ideal Career Stage
Senior Product Manager / Group Product Manager in a scaling consumer brand or health/wellness tech company.
May have been the first or second PM hire at a startup and helped define early product culture.
Has 5–8 years’ product experience (vs. 15+) with a proven record of delivering.
