HubSpot Operations & Systems Consultant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HubSpot Operations & Systems Consultant to support our client’s CRM infrastructure and ensure data integrity, automation efficiency, and scalable processes. This is a highly operational role focused on the backend of HubSpot, not an email marketing execution position.

This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, maintain clean and accurate data, and ensure our HubSpot instance supports business goals effectively.

Duration: 3–6 months

Hours: 10–15 hours per week

Location: Remote

This will be a W2 opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture and data structure
• Build and maintain complex workflows and automation processes
• Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and integrity across the platform
• Audit existing properties, fields, and lifecycle stages for accuracy
• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements
• Develop scalable systems to support marketing, sales, and operational alignment
• Document processes and create best-practice standards within HubSpot

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering HubSpot CRM (backend/data side required)
• Strong background in automation and workflow development
• Deep understanding of data governance, database hygiene, and CRM structure
• Experience creating scalable operational processes
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
