Our client is seeking an Industrial Designer to join their team in the fulltime, direct-hire opportunity.

Location: Remote, United States- Must work PST hours
Pay: $70,000-$80,000/year

Role Overview
Seeking an Industrial Designer to join our client’s collaborative team of designers, engineers, and strategists to uncover and develop new product opportunities. In this role, you’ll lead the creative process from initial research through to user-focused design execution and advocacy.

What You’ll Do:

• Demonstrated experience designing for manufacture, managing all stages of the product development process—from concept ideation to production-ready deliverables. Prepare detailed documentation, specifications, and technical packages for manufacturing partners.

• Skilled in visualizing and communicating product concepts through compelling sketches and renders. Proficient in SolidWorks.

• Experienced in prototyping and testing using methods such as 3D printing, laser cutting, and hand-built physical models to inform and refine design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and brand teams to bring innovative products to market. Possess strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset that foster effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop clear, visually engaging presentations and design assets for internal stakeholders and retail partners.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines, and competing priorities with attention to detail.

• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies—driven by curiosity, growth, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience designing products from initial concept through to final manufacturing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.

• Proficient in 3D modeling software, particularly SolidWorks.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for visualization and presentation of design concepts.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas effectively to internal teams and external partners.

• In-depth understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and molded component design.
